Ethernet is the calmer path for 4K. Wi-Fi works when the box sits in open air, not behind a closed cabinet.

Enter the setup fields we email
After payment we send the player details. Keep them private. Ask for help with the device model and any error text.
Compatibility
The box outputs HDMI to a television or monitor. 4K needs a capable display and cable. It does not unlock official studio apps on the TV. If you already have a player you like, compare a plan on the pricing page instead of buying hardware.
