Install IPTV on Google TV
Google TV’s home screen is a recommendation launcher. Your player will not replace YouTube TV. Pin the app so it stays visible.
Before you start
- Google account.
- TV input selected.
- 5 GHz Wi-Fi or a supported Ethernet adapter.
Step 1: Complete Google TV setup
Pair the remote, join Wi-Fi, and skip extra Google service upsells you do not need.
Step 2: Install from Play Store
Install the compatible player and open it from Apps, then pin it to the top row.
Step 3: Enter IPTV USA Premium details
Use the login or playlist fields from your purchase message. Play a short test.
Checks after playback starts
- Keep the dongle outside a closed cabinet.
- Set display mode to match the TV (4K/HDR only if the HDMI path supports it).
FAQ
Enable CEC on the TV or control the soundbar directly. This is HDMI-CEC, not an IPTV setting.
